I think as we climb out of this recession we will see another variation of how corporations take advantage of the American people.  

If you have grit, you can make a bold, risky move, knowing you’ll be okay regardless of the outcome.As the American entrepreneur, Robert Arnott, once said, "In investing, what is comfortable is rarely profitable."

Because of widespread racial and ethnic disparities in the U.S. criminal justice system, criminal history-based restrictions on access to housing are likely disproportionately to burden African Americans and Hispanics.

However, this was a vacant REO property and the title provided allowed me to purchase a Title insurance policy as part of the purchase transaction. ( I insist on either First American or Fidelity as the insurer as I am familiar with their policies)  I have since seen properties listed on Auction.com with quitclaim titles and other types of title that I don't recognize also many of these properties appear to be occupied and these properties I would be very careful of. 

The idea of the giant American Dream is great, until it becomes a reality and you have to clean and maintain it.

Always a great 'green' flag is when you find a contractor that doesnt have to advertise much or at all because they have had word of mouth work for a long long time.  

For investors with cash, this means huge discounts, because if a seller must exit today, they take a haircut.Maybe another paradigm happens; maybe stagnation continues, taxes go up, plus interest rates, or an all out war on the American economy.

And venom does not have a business address listed on their website which is a red flag.

Any particular advice in regards to partnering/family would be appreciated.The property is located just off of I5 by JBLM in between I5 and American Lake.

I am hopeful we can spot the red flags if they do decide to sneak in under a friend or relatives credentials.
