First, remember that investing in real estate for profit and wealth is not fast nor easy.

If it's someone I closed with before I can do real fast.  1st timers are slower since there is a little more DD done.  

Houses sell fast in California and its a pretty sure thing (all things being equal).

If you have a nice home, it will rent very fast for a high price.

My focus would be to finish school and set up a plan to pay off those student loans as fast as possible once you start working.

It's fast, durable, and looks a  lot better than pink.  

And for further confirming the unlikelihood that rental income increase would play much of a factor if at all.I'm trying to fast track the subdivision inquiries as much as I can during our contingency window because that's the only scenario where this property will make sense for us.  

It’s pretty rotten if you’re just using it for a few isolated tasks, because absolutely, it doesn’t do any one thing perfectly and it’s not as fast as other apps.It really starts to show its brilliance once you start using it as your default bookmark/webclip app, notetaker, recipe box, repository of all your reference material, and so on.

From my experience in Utah, drawing a line and recording a new plat can be as fast as 60-90 days in most Utah cities.  

Most wholesalers just want the fast cash and will take the "fast nickel instead of the slow dime."
