BTW, this is why many competent agents require a potential buyer to preapproved with Their lender, I know I did.....they know their lender will do a Complete preapproval process (tax returns, W-2’s, bank statements, etc).

Everything else that is desired is just mid 200's for the most part and even then everything is put on contract at the snap of a finger. 

Perhaps a nice 1950's built bungalow.Always hire a 3rd party property inspector to give you an unbiased feel for the home.
