Not trying to pick on any women.

but the local guys were running it and proud of the return.. we drive over its fenced off.. with a guard at the gate.. its basically 100 % MhA and tenants are all women..

Because I know she is going to try and use it against me, Im not losing my place over a cat and a bitter women. 

There are lots of reasons for this: no down payment; no job history; unstable employment situation (frequent transfers, for example); does not want to maintain/rehab a home; wants to live in a nicer area than buying would allow; ETC.We have some older women who could afford to buy, but like being able to just call us if something goes wrong rather than hunt down their own repairman and pay the bill out of their pocket.

Things were going smoothly until the mother of one of the young women showed up and claimed that her daughter was NOT going to live in that neighborhood. 

I've thought about the potential issues with showing property especially after reading that real estate agents (women in particular) have been targeting on showings.

A quick google image search found this example, and you can find many more for ideas- the fancy closet thing has been big in the design world for a while now, and it's like crack for some women!

The main floor was being used as a women's sorority. 

Sister 2 calls me from a phone number I didn't recognize (otherwise I wouldn't have picked up) and tells me that Sister 1 is just too damaged from being abused for so long and locked her out of the house without her coat and she couldn't get her stuff.Long story short, they're both freakin' crazy.I tell ya - these women will throw each other under an oncoming bus at a moment's notice.
