We are very excited to get our feet wet, but finding a deal in our target area that fits our investing goals has been difficult.

Just trying to get my feet wet and jump start my career. 

I am trying to start flipping to get my feet wet and eventually move into rentals.

Looking to get my feet wet in the forums and soak up as much knowledge from everyone that I can along the way.

It may not be a home run deal and but good enough to get my feet wet.

The joists are also wet but not rotting whatsoever.

I am still wet behind the ears as a they sat but just listening to the podcasts I keep hearing at least 100 per door, Turner likes to shoot for 200 and just the other day Bryce Stewart mentioned he is making 500 per door in PA, granted he is self managing but even with a PM he would be netting 100k a year.

Jeez, when I think of the countless days my tenants and I spent in 100F Los Angeles heat waves with never any a/c, me just wetting my clothes every half hour or so.

I hope to keep driving costs low in either case:This might be naive on my part, but if I invest remotely, I'm hoping to get my feet wet with a turn-key property with a property manager. 

I believe the first rental is the risk after that your feet are already wet so to speak any help would be great thanks in advance
