There is a lot of construction going on in the high desert and with rents/home prices down here going through the roof the high desert will command higher prices/rents in the next 5-10 years. 

Ft dwelling could command more income, but you’re going to have to make a decision based on your specific location and situation.

Let the industry evolve as the market commands.

I don't think that's doable unless its a bare bones metal building which the city may not allow and which would also not command $15 rent. 

If they would flounder at your exit, you should command higher value for your service.

It only takes seconds and is very user friendly.What these scammers are doing is copying your ad with their phone number.

That way you can turn around and do a sale lease back on the building, recapture your capitol and execute essentially a BRRRR  with your own business and property.Generally though many properties that will be the ideal locations for a restaurant will likely not be available for sale, they tend to be ideal single tenant free standing buildings that are quite desirable and have many end users that would be interested.Something you don't want to do in this situation is to make sacrifices on the location/market of your restaurant just to purchase the property. 

I've found a couple very old posts on this but would appreciate feedback from any current Buildium users that use credit cards for expenses.

I look for high growth areas, destination locations (that I enjoy visiting) & user-friendly STR regulations.

It's very user-friendly and does everything from banking for my properties to rent collection and everything in between.
