Are the rents at market and the place is fully rented (fully for 24 units probably translates into only one or two vacancies, you'll generally not be 100% full all the time unless your rents are below market.)  

This means the its form is not altered, it is pledged in the same state or with the terms as it is held.  

We have altered our "plan" over the years because our house type (multi-plex) just didn't work.
