I think it’s disingenuous for a guru to claim they created a new method that is “revolutionizing” real estate lending, when it’s actually just rebranding something that exists and charging more for it.

Hello, personally, if it was me in your situation, I would not trade the low interest rates you currently have by cashing out the relatively smaller equity you have in your current properties for a much higher interest rate.

My partner and I decided not to over complicate things with this method.

A Heloc can never be used as a PITI reserve, or an asset instead its a debt burden and an additional trade line on credit.A Heloc carries a higher risk when it comes to security meaning if you miss a payment even by mistake or for any reason, your scores drop, or your balances start to change your DTI or usage percentage.
