There's no one size fits all of course, but generally the STR/MTR/LTR mix in a multi-family unit can be challenging because the way renters utilize these properties is so different.

Every property comes with its own characteristics and challenges. we have sold to hundreds of investors by now and there are some that had a bad experience as far as the property goes but theres also tons who havent had any issues.

Subsidized Housing and Section 8:You’re right that Section 8 and subsidized housing present economic challenges for landlords, which is why so many avoid it.

Either way though I technically still couldnt evict her right now anyway right?
