We don' t know your skill level, your resume', talents, preferences, business acumen, ability to judge people, current net worth, knowledge of tax law & landlord/tenant law or anything else pertinent to say whether or not it would be a good idea for you to try to purchase millions of $ worth of real estate.  

Make sure it fits your Interests, Abilities and Talents (AIT), and then go and mature in each area.  

I think partnerships are a great way to leverage other talents and contacts, and that is a very underplayed asset in this business!

So if the original folks you reach out are passing on you, you can always go down the talent ladder until you find the folks who are in the spot in their career that coincides with the spot you are in with your investing.
