Despite paying a substantial fee, I found that beyond basic instructional videos and repetitive weekly calls, there was little substance to aid my learning.

As you learn go to meet ups, try to network/glean from experienced people and listen to podcasts/videos. 

After submitting edited transactions and other inadequate proof I simply stated that the all charges were valid, but we were willing to review any information she chose to provide as proof. 

We also can't have renters dealing with the humidifiers as it is a mold problem/foundation issue if it isn't taken care of.We are taking pictures and videos of everything, we have multiple professionals that have documented everything (and told us to lawyer up) and have neighbors that we have already had agree to discuss their  drainage problems when we get a lawyer.

Video tours of the properties help this.

-StacyWith more interest in AL, the time to get a quote back from a State submitted tax property ‘had’ become increasingly longer… but the State has decreased their time to 10 days (which you used to be 21 days) for all responses to quotes so if you’re in line and the applicants bypass before it’s redeemed you can get a quote sooner.  

Contrast that with our $500 leasing fee which is only paid to us after we've done the marketing, video tour, showings, found tenants and actually rented the property. 

Hot tubs, pool tables, movie rooms, kayaks and canoes, bikes, games, nice comfortable beds, smart TV's, video games, well stocked kitchens, etc.

I also do a YouTube walk-through video of everything a guest may ask and go through everything at the property.
