You’re definitely on the right track by planning to open separate bank accounts for each property and the holding company.

On my property above I'm prep'ing to build a new unit...you could arguably say that changes the nature of the use...and it likely does.

I'm not sure how this works when the seller of the property is listed on the contract.

I am having trouble figuring out what the revenue might be from this property. 

Was it real property or personal property?

The properties are considered on a separate basis, you can actively participate in one and passively participate in others.

I don't own in Scranton a lot of properties, But I still think 2K is a bit overpriced Especially if you make your tenants pay utilities, But I might be wrong, just wanna make you aware so you make sure before you go into any deal.
