Without the bank the whole concept is kinda out the window. 

Definitely prefer cash flow options, but im open to the other concept.

The response of the government was to REQUIRE property owners to continue to provide housing ,eating minimum standards, even as they were losing money.  

People who are wealthy buy their time back before they blow the grossly increase their standard of living.

You can find out about local events that impact landlords and renters in that area and also learn about the local standards.

Credit score and experience level are the key factors to how much leverage we can provide you. the standard is 80% of purchase and 100% of rehab and those deals are the easiest and fastest to get funded.

It's a fascinating concept and I think offering unique experiences is a great way to stand out in a crowded market.
