It's just south of West Midtown, west of Downtown, and 5 minutes away from the Mercedes-Benz Stadium (not to mention our new Atlanta United soccer team).

I think it'll be worth it because having four units in this area, which is up and coming because of the new Rams stadium and Downtown train line, it seems like a home run. 

They are building a 1.8 billion dollar stadium there.You might consider Humboldt Tennessee. 

We managed to find a deal in the middle of Everett, Wa about a 5 minute walk away from the stadium, and a 5 minute drive from the community college.

The location is perfect, as it is close to AT&T stadium, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor (water park), and minutes from the airport.  

I think you nailed it with the development aspects that are unique to the neighborhood, and the Warriors stadium I personally feel will raise the value of the neighborhood quite a bit.

Pros - These houses are close to Uptown Charlotte (1.5 miles from the bank of america stadium).

I like Arlington the best for investment because there is a college, Jr. college, and tons of people moving into the area, plus two stadiums, six flags, and other entertainment (possible VRBO weekend rentals??)

If I remember correctly, these areas were closer to the stadiums.
