After this tenant leaves, you must clean/repair, market, screen applicants, select an applicant, collect the deposit and rent, get them moved in, etc.

See who they would recommend for lenders and make sure to get a preapproval letter back to them so they know you're serious - takes about 20 mins to do an application - can take the agent about 2 hours to have to show you a place with their time.

I'm using a service called 'PetScreening' where the tenant fills out an application on their pet (birth date, shots, bite history, etc) and based on the answers given a 'fido score' is given to help the Landlord figure out the risk associated with the pet and the reasons why the score was given.

I borrow dollars from the bank and immediately sell those dollars to owners of commercial income property that I want to own.And then I buy those dollars back over time using the cash our tenants pay us in exchange for using our space.I'm currently shorting $10M and I can't lose regardless of who wins on 11/5By the way, the dollar will always decline in value so this thesis is applicable in any election or economic cycle.Go vote for whoever you feel strongest about, but remember you have infinite more power and that which is within your direct control.
