We're looking at a strategy focused on BRRRR (looking at good markets in SE US like Birmingham, AL), and large land wholesaling. 

Land is 6 months.3.  

Buying raw land near brown field could be a good long term play.  

As a developer and land consultant, to have that kind of information at the forefront is incredibly valuable.Hopefully that helps.

The last I saw about Clayton he was pushing properties or vacant land in TX.

., as Bad habits in one area typically carry over to other areas, and will land you a poor Tenant (or co-signer) choice.

In terms of what I learned from reading Rich Dad/Poor Dad a couple years, I think I land in the Poor Dad philosophy and I'm looking to break out of that a little, but also am risk-averse at my core. 

We do have a regional airport that provides connecting flights to Dallas but it is unreliable/expensive and they are unable to extend the runway to land  bigger commercial jets and don't have room to expand the common areas that would accommodate more customers.

Most lockboxes out there are not validating IDs when there are showing requests so it only takes one or two bad apples to land you in hot water with the owners.
