That idea would make sense for ASU since some students will only be there a semester or two. 

Do lease lengths get difficult with the off semesters?

I have to regretfully admit my knowledge of the legal system is based almost souly on the season of Ally McBeal I watched many moons ago and the semester of BLAW I took for my BS.  

While I am starting to look for deals, I'm still new and don't have capital and I figure the best value I can give right now is time and hard work. and since I I'll be currently done with my fall semester in school, so my availability will open up a lot. 

I'm also heading into my last semester as a grad student (thought this may be relevant for financing).
