Yes I believe so,As the US cycle of austerity begins to show up in the economy, we’ll see (as we do now) policies that’ll not only increase taxes but apply “taxation by other means”.

Personally there are some really strong suburb areas that I would much rather invest into than Phila - lots of it is due to better landlord policy, higher demand for rentals, less competition for rentals, less headache than dealing with Phila, higher quality tenants and less risky.

Some I repeatedly go back to even with slightly higher rates and fees than others who are staffed by incompetent people who can't articulate the reason for their policies.

The furniture in the unit is ours, so we are responsible for that.We do get a separate lessee insurance policy on the furniture and such that we've placed in the condo, and we require our sub-lessees to get a policy as well.
