The HOA had good intentions when it was created in 1995, but has since turned into an overgrown, overspending, overcomplaining monster.

I don't know the CT meeting scene other than the monster CTREIA in West Hartford.  

This is a monster of a response since i wanted to be able explain the thought process i have a little clearer after you asking how i came up with my numbers so thank you again for making get more detailed in my plan or at least to have it typed up. 1.) 

So I have decided to invite everyone to come on this forum and pound their chest just to prove to Newbies, and other nay Sayers that there is such a Monster as "No Money Down" deals in Real Estate.

My current 8-5 is a working for a leading Robotic welding company( goal is to end that soon)!. 

Have started applying online on Monster, Careerbuilder, etc but also wanted to give the BP forum a shot.

I feel like that's a whole other monster to tackle and I am trying my best not to overwhelm myself and get discouraged.Definitely let me know if that is a completely wrong way of thinking or if you have any other suggestions on getting started or which direction I should be going!
