Are you looking to buy fixed up with tenant or buying, remodeling and then placing a tenant?

Our plan would be to have the seller evict them, take out a short term loan to remodel the first side quickly and live in the 2nd side for a year all the while slowly remodeling the 2nd side as well. 

Remodeled the upstairs effectively adding two bedrooms and one bathroom What was the outcome?

I agree with Jonathan about not quoting the remodeling price.  

I was told some units have had remodeling done and some have not.

Full remodel otherwise with choosing a more attractive paint color.
