If someone on government assistance says your rent is "guaranteed" because it goes directly to you from the gov, that is a huge red flag because they are trying to trick you - they can redirect that check back to them with a phone call and begin the landlord-screwing process. 

I decided to redirect that fire and dive into my own self belief.

Just now when I went back to the bookmark to see what happened, the page doesn't exist and redirects to grid list of all available auctions.

But if there is someone out there that sees value in this, I'd welcome the advice on how to redirect this lead.

Since we hear this all the time, I just wanted to remind that the redirection of investment from the stock market to RE is not done with those who are in it now.

To me, it’s about consciously making the choice to identify why level I’m comfortable spending at and redirect excess income to investments.

A few comments prior I tried visiting the OP's blog (www.myairbnbsquatter.com) and was disappointed to see it now redirects to HomeAway's website. 

Seattle is no longer a business friendly city and we are now seeing companies looking to relocate outside of the city, including Amazon which is now re-directing their future development to Bellevue.

If you're not using your license and your interest has been redirected, why not place it on inactive status.
