I had a 50% grant from the city's curb appeal program a couple of years ago for new windows, siding, some roofing, fire escape, etc.  

We service all 50 states and have an investor partnership program as well.

I know BB&T (as mentioned before) in North Carolina is strong and Wells Fargo has a nice HELOC program as well.  

Yes, all of them are big names, and big investment in the program as well.

I took a course and signed up for a really expensive mentor-ship program(A scam GURU course - did still learn a lot but not worth the price tag imo).

The CARES act does not cover them as I see it because they are not currently on a govt housing program like section 8 although they used to be on the rapid rehousing program ( a different federal program through HUD) .This ended Oct 1, 2019 at my property.
