I am no expert but it might be worth investigating something that has not happened in 400 years to the financial markets.

You could pay them a flat interest rate on the funds they contribute, similar to a private lender, or offer a percentage of the profits to align their success with yours.

I will consider your suggestion's particularly the investigating of the local real estate market here (or as a minimum use it as a guide for if/when i return to the states as so to develop my research and planning skills).Appreciate your feedback.

Strictly from a private money lens: If you're open to a 2nd position private money loan against your STR's, it's possible.

I know I can reach out to some mortgage brokers to connect me with a private lender for most of the mortgage and then I would just need another lender to supply the down payment and renovation money.

Look for private sales in public records or on FSBO sale sites, and/or6.

Maybe some GPs can intimidate their own LPs in private.

If it's private money, they would issue a letter.
