Again, I am exaggerating a little bit here, but as I close my eyes and see the pinched, uncomfortable faces of board members and home owners any time these types of topics come up, I can promise you that I'm really not that far off the mark.Now, this is all reversed if you happen to have a board of directors that has a decent representation of investors on the board.
