In fact, the judge may be far more lenient to the tenant.I never charge something against a deposit unless I have visual proof (pictures, video, documents) to back my claim.

My only issue is the owner doesnt want to share pictures of the inside of the home due to their own personal feelings about how the house " looks" wants to sell as is inlcuding leaving everything in the house.

I don't believe they currently have facial recognition, but that doesn't really help you unless the same person keeps breaking in.Attached is a picture from right now looking at some of our cameras.

Please define wealth.  What is wealth to you?  It is important before you start and get to far that you have an aim point...  A goal to work backwards from to today so you can make a specific plan and take deliberate ...

However, I have sent my family members to see several properties on my behalf and send me pictures.

So I wrote a report about every quarter and I included a drone shot  Picture worth a thousand words right.. so shows the streets being built and the houses going up.. etc etc.

(This does include taking pictures of the property, creating a 3d walkthrough, listing the property, contracts/leases, and of course screening and finding a tenant.)

GVR cant even get pictures in the right order right now.

Since your pictures seem to show rot only at the piers, I would assume they did not put this together correctly.
