Your agency only applies to properties that they have showed you in person as no agent can have procuring cause over a listing they sent you because you could have seen it on Zillow first.

Setting up personas to target, the martech, readiness, content, etc. takes time and expertise. 

If he is a decent person as well, he will appreciate the extra time granted.  

The shortened version is this--college slumlord fools dumb college kids to pay an exuberant amount per person as a security deposit, landlord does not return said security deposit regardless of the condition of the property and video/photo evidence we have, we sue him...battle him in court for 13 months, we win in small claims court representing ourselves and garnish his bank account. 

You could have the sales person as completely separate from the park manager -- it's a completely different role with different skill sets.

You cannot say "I will treat this person as a customer" because the law gives them far, far more protections as a tenant.Likewise, when you as a landlord, fulfill your duties under the lease and the tenant their's - then all is well and you should have a mutually beneficial landlord-tenant relationship.If you decided you wanted to treat Renata like a customer and not a tenant, you would be in violation of the law.If this is because you have some hang-up with the terms landlord and tenant and feel that if we used different terms, like customer, things would be peachy-keen, then that is proposterous.

I'm single so that advantage helps immensely and I'm not a super private person (as you can guess with me having 2 different roommates).

Instead of people being negative ask to give a person a hand, because some are not as strong as others.
