They were paused to C19 for awhile but to my understanding are mostly resumed. 

I'd imagine that fewer homeowners are wanting to make a big move right now in this state of limbo that we're in but distress is motivation even in a paused market I suppose?

My business partner Samson and I have been running a meetup that we began in 2019 which was paused for a few months this year but we're back up and going.

I have not responded but want to now that a few days have passed and I had a chance to pause. What do I say to regain control of this situation?

We’ve temporarily paused all future deals until the market clears up but we signed the purchase agreement back in January 😓.

Can a drop in real estate values be prevented by ANY amount of government intervention, inclusive of printing money, placing pauses on evictions/foreclosures, or anything else we can think of, etc? 

Even if the lending is on corona-pause, I'd love for any recommendations for lenders you've used and like!

Start the process, you can always pause if he re-emerges and pays, but you can't speed up the process later when he's 6 months behind

Also, your LLC idea of you keeping 100% ownership should make investors pause.
