I don't know... handling bank statements of tenant prospects as a landlord can open some unwanted doors.  

Right now we are in the middle of stabilizing this complex and there are a lot of trespassers and un-wanted guests coming in and out.

If they don't use one in Illinois and there's a problem with the paperwork, it can create unwanted issues.

You need to stay on top of pets, unwanted guests, neglect of upkeep etc.

You may want to check out the Ohio Attorney General’s website as well.As far as the blank purchase and sale, and assignment documents that you offered to me to review, I believe that they fall well short of containing the required state and federal disclosures and could potentially expose you to unwanted and unnecessary liability.
