I have looked into the windows and currently have a contractor quoting it out, however it is extremely expensive and there are no promises that it will improve the noise.

Now we are in 2025 and although I still own the trucking company, it has been an inconsistent pit that has technically brought me personally no profit.

One thing to consider is there is no guarantee of building equity in pre-construction.
