Google owns Youtube now and I have been holding 20 minutes for customer service with bad 80's music.............. : )

This partiucular home did a thanksgiving rental and the tenants had a dozen people there, with cars everywhere, music and folks outside smoking in the driveway.

The new owner picks up the serviceProgrammable lights & music- Make the house look lived in w/ lights going on & off along w/ some musicHouse sitters- We've never used a house sitter before but it's common

(I'm was Acrobat/Dancer in Broadway Tour, I also work in TV/Film/Musicals/Etc). 

In the end, it left the developer holding the bag when the music stopped.

Not an English, music or arts degree - unless you want to teach.Another alternative is to consider trade schools.
