I've posted a couple times on Facebook Marketplace and there's where I've gotten 70 messages in total, but everyone either no shows the showing or doesn't meet criteria.

I re-submitted into the Pro Market Place.

I used to rely on my long term 1 year lease tenants but recently they’ve been complaining they need repairs now but nobody’s ever home to let in the repair man.To rent it yourself - Post on Zillow, Craiglist and Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Yardsale, Student Offcampus Housing Pages, Church/community pages, your furnished rental with great pictures and lots of keywords.

You'll find a wealth of ideas.Attend a local REIA, post it on the BP marketplace, raise money from friends and family, take out a HELOC on your primary, find a local hard money lender, crowd fund it online...the list goes on...

When I bring them out to marketplace to wholesale, resell or rehab them, people are surprised I found them.

You can post in the Marketplace seeking or offering services or mentorship, but not in the forums. 

The point of this post to help share ideas on how to self manage your Townhome unit and increase your returns in the Kansas City marketplace.  

On posting our idea / problem we are looking to solve, I wanted to make sure I wasn't crossing the 'solicitation' or promotion line of the forums vs the marketplace.
