A lot of it has to do with location and time.If they are local owners looking at 1-2 LTR properties, I'll assist with identifying cash flowing/near cash flowing properties, assist them in the purchase as their buyers agent and assist with tenant procurement, listing, etc. but they can typically handle day to day management from there.Furnished properties, whether that be MTR or STR, are a lot more involved, as I'm sure you're aware of!

@Sang Kim- thanks for clarifying you are trying to get a commercial loan ...this is a completely different product than a home loan ...You still should be able to locate and obtain a good commercial loan without having to pay any fees upfront ( other than possibly paying for the appraisal after the loan has been approved )

I do it manually (and keep in mind, it also depends on the state and location - VRBO does for some and not for others, Airbnb does for some and not for others) I know many folks happy with Avalara though.
