Good afternoon,Long time lurker and podcast listener.

My goal is to purchase a small multi-family property with an FHA loan that I can self-manage while retaining my day job as a software engineer.I have been causally reading books, listening to podcasts, and self-educating on personal finance and different asset classes for the last 2 years before finally deciding on real estate; but I still feel like I do not know enough to go at it alone.

I listen to the podcasts driving to work everyday.

@Kenneth Soles First off, I have *no experience* here, so I recommend against listening to me ; >  With that out of the way, my inclination would be to have a lawyer do the contact.  

I would be like, "Listen, I'm sorry this isn't working out with all this noise, and if this noise is a deal breaker we are ok with you moving out early to find a quieter place."
