Hi Obdia,Tough pill to swallow, but this does come up often.

There isn't a magic pill so put your effort into getting something done rather than hoping to find a formula.

But i will say I think if it was in the right area for growth then it would be an easier pill to swallow.

It's a bitter pill to swallow, as I now have to decide whether to unload the properties I just bought and take the hit in selling costs, or to hang on with a 1% cap rate. 

To be honest, when I read posts about the importance of hiring an agent I’m reminded of Mugatu in Zoolander, “I feel like I’m taking crazy pills!”

Finally, I took the red pill that was spoke about in the recent podcast and realized this is what I want!

:Yeah I suppose the greatest generation thought the same thing about the “ hippy ” generation of the 60’s you understand the greatest generation when you stand on the cliffs were D day took place. and or stand in those Pill Box's It was just surreal to think of those young men storming that beach against those odds.. really puts greatest generation into perspectiveat least it did for my wife and I.  

As pill be BRRRR I will need a larger market to continually purchase in.

Perhaps this is just my pre-REI brain talking.I realise that there are advantages to debt but that is a tough pill to swallow.
