I think rental market is stronger in Union City/WNY/North Bergen than heights/ Journal Square, lower vacancy rate and higher rents.

Considering that you have 11 properties, that shouldn't be much of a hassle to clean up since you're not really supposed to touch prior year's financials if the tax returns have been filed.I worked for a company a little while ago and they never had an in-housing accounting and they gave the tax accountants to just do journal entries for 8-9 years.

In my case, I mentor myself by keeping a written journal (ink on paper in the old days, word processor entries in today's world).

What happened to those 90 days of intention journals?

I decided to give the 90 day intention journal a try.

The mastermind group was orchestrated through BiggerPockets, upon purchase of the 90 days of intention journal before the New Years, groups of 4 were set up, the price of the journal was worth the price alone, thanks @Brandon Turner, but the mastermind was a huge added bonus and worth 10 fold.

I keep all of this in a goal journal and I look over them every morning during my quiet time to ensure I'm on track!

I'm currently using the 90 Days of Intention Journal, and I am finding it difficult to use so far, but it's probably my lack of creativity.
