From what I've read, some electric providers might not charge for the new service upgrade itself, but adding the meters, connecting the upgraded service and adding/updating panels would require an electrician, which would incur costs.If anyone has experience with this type of electrical service upgrade, particularly in Chicago, I would appreciate your advice and any information on costs and the process involved

If it's a layered LLC, most lenders will need to trace a warm body on the operating agreement which will involve a bit more paperwork trail.

They did not communicate the scope well to the plumber, who it sounds like should not have been involved in the first place I would have a point-blank conversation about the above with your manager and ask who he or she thinks should cover the waste of paying multiple professionals to shuffle a thin plastic piece underneath an appliance the tenant was responsible for installing in the first place.

In Metro Detroit area, police will not remove these types of occupants (they are afraid of scamming landlord having police remove legal tenants), calling them a "civil matter" forcing landlord to start court eviction process. thats a good question Drew.. but I bet if the police are aloud just a little bit of fact checking and do police work they can determine the fraud very quickly..

Hey @Devon Moore not sure where or why you'd lean towards a land lease unless that's standard for this developer.In my experience its difficult to capitalize deals with ground leases involved.
