That brings me to my next bad landing page (LP) breakdown—there’s a lot to unpack here.What I’m showing you here is a simple “load speed time” analysis of a PPC advertiser landing page.The basic industry rule of thumb is that A load time of 1-3 seconds is considered good, where the less is better.

‘The real estate brokerage industry in the United States is all about making the process of transacting real estate “frictionless”.  

Also: are you better in your industry than other people?

What is the industry standard for underwriting?

Emotion and sympathy will not bring long-term success in this industry.

Local industry groups or events are great places to start.

I am very curious how AI will continue to impact industries especially real estate!
