Would you recommend hiring an independent adjuster to work with the insurance company?

You will always need the OTAs to help you build and refresh your email list but over time the dependency will shrink and you’ll create a solid independent direct booking business.

A broker representing the seller has a fiduciary duty to warn the seller as to the risk involved and advise the seller to seek independent legal counsel. 

It's possible there are Fannie Mae requirements in play, but it's always a good idea to double-check with a different lender or do some independent research to verify.

I don't really like asking for help in such ways as I'm typically an independent kind of person.

I am looking to start investing with a partner and would like opinions on whether it would be best to be under the same LLC or would it be best for each of us to form our own independent LLC and partner (or JV) that way?
