Almost every time we let a friend ride a quad runner they have some sort of accident where they thrash our quad runners and sometimes we have to rush them to to a hospital in Las Vegas.I can write all day about several accidents people had, but to make this short I only want to say that it is super strange how people you think have perfect control of a quad runner have accidents after they have a few days of experience and most of the accidents happened when people were going perfectly straight on a straight trail or road and they flipped a quad runner and could not explain in any way what happened.I have a plumber friend who purchased 2 $13,000 jet skis about three years ago and he said he was going to get other people to pay for his jet skis.

Seller put a great deal of money into the property over the last 2 years, so we're basically continuing some interior upgrades, various exterior items, sewer jetting, and roof repair.

Specifically for boats use for guests.Does anyone include the option to rent a pontoon boat or jet ski, etc with their waterfront property?

Here in Ontario we have high electricity rates, if tenants stents paying for hydro separately ( which I don’t think they could in a shared house) I’d be afraid they’re run the dryer during peak hours etc.  

I get a discount on my insurance for these and I disclose them in my rental agreement.I also keep jet skiis and my boat at the dock in the summer.

Upkeep of the homes on the street, and one block each way on the street.How burred inside a byzantinian tract of roads is it from the main road.Is there freeway or jet or railroad noise.Do the driveways have good cement in the area, or is it all fractured.Does the neighborhood look like a forest or can you see the houses from the road clearly.

I have had really great luck with Kohler Archer tubs, I buy the soaking tub - extra deep without jets.
