If the counties did actually try to crack down on this there would be massive homelessness and community backlash.

@Igor Nastaskin I own something you might consider similar, a 4-unit property that is rented by an agency for people that used to be homeless.

It seems L.A. is doing everything in its power to prevent homelessness and a housing crisis.Given this information, what really is there to justify the thought that a crash could occur?
