A mouthful of a title I know.

Took the words right out of my mouth...But, the type of contractor that charges 100% interest for a few weeks/months of credit (full payment at completion)... 

In my own situation it was only by word of mouth that I was able to find an affordable place to live.

Now, it's simply word of mouth with Realtors and a few bank officers.

@Lawrence Smith, a lot of investors find their contractors through word of mouth, but a lot of times, if they are currently using them and they are great contractors, they may not necessarily want to share them with us ;)  (lol).  

I make sure the first words out of my mouth is that I want to make the area better, but I just need advice.  

Communication has been great and I couldnt be happier.

I understand contractors have mouths to feed too.

Word of mouth is usually best since they are essentially being vouched for at the same time.
