On top of that, you're doing so and in an extremely unpredictable market with some of the highest costs and most complicated logistics on the planet (e.g. solar requirements, fire sprinklers, blower door test, CEQA, etc.) in the middle of a global pandemic no less...You mentioned having the property tied up, are you getting it at well below market value?

They're dishonest, their thieves, incompetent and some of the worst business people on the planet!

Some of the underlying fundamentals make it very clear why it is among the best (and often the best) performing assets on the planet.

I'm likely not at the stage that I can entertain the idea of greener alternatives into my first rehab, which is fine.
