However, what you said confused me a little because you said that I could contribute 25% or 20% depending on if it's an S-corp or LLC but if I'm reading you correctly, those limitations are only on the employee side?

That triggered us having to pay transfer taxes, as the state treats an LLC as a disregarded entity, even if it contains the same members.Most of our clients invest using an LLC as their preferred corporate structure.

My reasoning is Midwest cities are often overlooked, downtown hasn't fully recovered from 2020 yet and it quietly has a lot of new construction, expanding suburbs and has major corporate headquarters (Target, Best Buy, 3M).P.S.

- Maybe consider Mid-term rentals in an area with hospitals or businesses with traveling corporate people - you'll need to furnish it, pay for utilities and WiFi but this is what some Bay Area investors I know that are doing and AirBnb to cash flow
