With the current market, I am hoping to start my real estate adventure in about 8 to 12 month from now.

My wife and I moved here 5 years ago for a new adventure and to get involved in the growing RE market here.I have been learning about blogging and have been looking for a place in the blogosphere to learn and to share and this seems to be a great place.

That was a few thousand dollars I was not going to gamble on even if I did have a little more wiggle room left :wink: that was still there for the surprise factor....you know, "surprise, I didn't count on that needing to be fixed" Glad I passed on it, I was watching another one slowly drop in asking price.

Should I gamble?

I also think that many investors are going to be willing to gamble for those real high returns.

Be adventurous, just Google your favorite thing to do then go to images, which is right above the results, then scroll through the pictures and grab the one that fits you best, save it to your hard drive then upload it...

For the most part, everyone is very warm and welcoming and I am sure will help you through your adventures.

Eric - yes I get that gambling vision when I see the avatar....but to the question...I am also a realtor and my pic is on my card.
