@Chad Urbshott That's a great story, and scary      Really illustrates why you should call code prior to sale     Not only to see if there's any outstanding issues but to see if permits have been pulled under the current owners name     This would be able to flush out any mechanics liens that may not have been listed yet with the courthouse  So I'm assuming you got this on the court steps    

Sounds like when you flush a toilet somewhere close to the sing its creating a vacume , pulling water from the trap .

Tucson is a heavy travel destination in the winter time (although we're getting our butts kicked by El Nino) and I, as it happened, recently had my parents visit for the first time so I'm (relatively) flush with clean towels, bed linens and a new grill. 

I told AHS to send another guy out, and didn't have to pay the service fee again. 2nd guy unclogged it.Original 50 year old toilet wouldn't flush well.

I have an additional question for those with hard money lender experience:  how do the terms typically flush out?  

When I moved in I power rodded the 2 inch pipe sections and flushed them with boiling water and green gobbler solution and i havent had any issue since i moved in about 18 months ago. 

This is the simplest method, but it also means your tenants are more likely to abuse the utilities by leaving windows open with the heat or A/C running, leaving lights on, ignoring the toilet that constantly flushes on its own, etc.3.

Our lease clearly states that only hygienic paper is allowed to be flushed.I asked tenants from Unit 1 and Unit 2 if they flushed wipes and both parties stated they didn't.

Siding will “flow” behind the panel and the 5/4 boards allow the panel to look flush against the wall. 

We had HVAC folks come out who said the upstairs neighbor's plumber did not flush the drain pipe after installing.
