The extra cost is typically well worth the benefit. 

We will take the quick deal any day over making a few extra thousand bucks.  

Remember to always budget 10-25% (depending on age/condition) extra as a buffer.

That would mean the extra 5k would technically come out of my pocket, right?

I am wondering how best to truly know that one’s developers will produce what I expect, windows are usually a given😃 not all that happy with this extra thousand dollar excursion but I have definitely learned much.

I don’t want to underutilize the equity on this property so I feel like taking out 100 grand on our Primary where the rates suck already and it will only cost me an extra 600 or 700 bucks a month. 

You're going to want a cell-enabled trail cam type of setup; don't know what carriers have them these days but we had one that gave motion alerts and hooked up to US Cellular.

She will say, "I will just text them that Ill come check out their issue etc"  and I'm like "first of all, we do not text them, we send them a message on the portal, do NOT give them your personal cell #"   yet she continues tod o it, I was told last night that we will definitely be letting her go.
