@Anthony Zotto unless you have a LOT of landlording experience, do NOT buy w/o tenants signing a lease!

Does anyone have any experience with his company and is willing to share their thoughts?

We have been self-managing another rental out of state and so far, it has been a good experience. 

Generally houses worth 200-300k rent in my experience close to 1750-2250 in AL if you can get section 8 assuming you have 3-5 bedrooms3.
