I don't think the juice is worth the squeeze for investors that handle a few sales a year.Think about it.

During one of my rehabs they made me replace a brand new window I installed because it was 2 inches short from code.

What brand/manufacturer do investors typically prefer for new manufactured homes? 

We (I work at Azibo, just a disclaimer) have quite robust accounting capabilities and time saving features like Schedule E generation and automated  transaction tagging rules.

Class E (war zone) is my favorite.
