We just sold two old farm houses, near downtown, for $330,000, to a builder in less than 24hours after we listed with an agent who took drone pictures of the actual situation they were in and approximate to.

Other complaints have been:Door knob falling off, ants, saw a roach (6 months in), can't get windows open, dust from ceiling during roof work, some yellow jacket drones got in their kitchen (we found & eliminated a yellow jackets' nest in the attic before starting roof work, some drones escaped to their kitchen).

I sit in a cubicle all day, listening to drones talk about boring BS and I feel completely bored, claustrophobic, and almost like there is no way out.

But I'm going to let you guys handle the artillery barrages, I'm going to just remain in my standard sharp shooters seat (My deck chair next to the hot tub, or sometimes even in the hot tub) answering what I know best about- however many or few those questions are.Right now all of this is just-Smoke on the water.

Tech is in almost everything and jobs are rapidly being automated this is a STEM area with Drone companies and BioScience for sure, We do have to reinvent ourselves every 4 years to stay current in tech but online Colleges like Nextgenu.com and 100s of other courses are all free online now.

They have one of the round-roofed buildings up and as we flew a drone over the top, saw that they have a few of the solar panels set up in the future parking area, but no pavement, and no obvious signs of activity.

If we make $10, we are happy, even when there is a motorcycle, diamond ring, Drone or whatever in there.
