When I search for rentals as a user and not as a landlord the search result shows as apartments with 3 units and when I click it then it brings up all 3 houses and says which unit the user want to go to.I paid for this premium listing and want my listing to be separated out.

They are very expensive typists who will fill out forms for you and give you access to MLS.A bad broker will cost you 5-10% of price, a good broker will make a property cashflow.

Most meetings are filled with people who don't exactly reach out to meet new people so if you go be prepared to be outgoing and honest and FOLLOW UP with people you met but don't be demanding.
